If you have a faulty item that has been purchased directly from Ogam (either from the shop or online), please return by post to Ogam Oils
Returns should be posted to the above address within 7 days of receipt.
Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.
You will be notified by email once your returns have been received and processed.
Where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement. We will either issue with a refund or a replacement product as required.
If you require a refund, we will refund the price paid by you for the products within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned products.
If you have purchased a faulty item from any of our Retailers, please deal directly with them to process your query.
